Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- This position will support the Gulfstream Flight Operations organization to improve efficiency across the company's Gulfstream fleet.
- Interns will interface with the Flight Operations Supervisor, Directors, Chief Pilots, Dispatch Senior Manager, and VP of Flight Ops to complete projects that enhance processes and efficiencies for all mission-specific Gulfstream fleets (e.g., production test, demonstration, Airborne Customer Support).
- Complete assigned projects and work plans that include - but are not limited to - flight safety systems, business intelligence/analytics, flight operations, and aeronautical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
- Support efficient work practices and processes.
Additional Functions
- Comply with safety rules and procedures.
- Ensure application of all Gulfstream regulations and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college aviation program such as pilot training, aircraft dispatch, business aviation, engineering technology (A&P technician), aviation maintenance, or a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of multiple operating systems and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.

Other Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Completion of sophomore year is required prior to the internship start date.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
- Rotation Requirements: Juniors – 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students – 1 rotation.
- Minimum duration: 12 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall).
- Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
- Must have reliable transportation.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
