  • Map current processes and compare them to potential AI-enabled future-state processes.
  • Build and test prompts, workflows, templates, and other tools that can be reused by the HR team.
  • Help establish guidance and best practices for responsible use of AI within HR.
  • Consider privacy, confidentiality, accuracy, bias, and human oversight when evaluating potential AI solutions.
  • Document use cases, pilot results, lessons learned and recommended next steps.
  • Partner with HR, HR technology, IT, Legal, Privacy, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Help educate the HR team on practical ways to use AI in their day-to-day work.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree coursework in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar applications
  • Knowledge in the responsible and secure use of AI, particularly when working with confidential employee and company information.

Preferred Characteristics:

  • A strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn, experiment, and explore new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with both HR and technology-focused teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to thoughtfully evaluate new technologies and their potential applications.
  • Exposure to data analysis, automation, workflow tools, HR systems, or technology projects is a plus.
