Position Title: King Air 350 PIC – Captain (Dual Pilot Crew)

Position Reports to: Chief Pilot

Status: Fulltime Exempt

Location: Fargo Jet Center – Fargo, ND

Objective: Fargo Jet Center is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable aviation professional to serve as a King Air 350 (BE-300) PIC based at Fargo, ND Airport (KFAR).

Aircraft Management & Charter Department Mission Summary: The Fargo Jet Center operates a growing flight department which encompasses managed aircraft and a long-standing established local charter client base. Our primary goal is to serve the Fargo/Moorhead area in all business aviation related needs. The core aircraft fleet of the department consists of the Beechcraft King Air 350 (BE-300). This core fleet is predominantly utilized for business travel that entails overnight stays away from our base (KFAR).

Position Summary: The King Air Captain / Pilot-in-Command (PIC) position is an essential role in the Aircraft Management & Charter Department. Our FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate is based on Dual Pilot Crews. All department flights are conducted with two qualified pilots; along with the added safety of operating a dual pilot crew, the Captain will provide operational leadership and mentorship to developing second in command pilots.

Safety, Proficiency, Professionalism, & Customer-Focused Service is the ultimate responsibility of the Pilot-in-Command. Captains conduct all flight operations in strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and Federal Regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1,200 Hours Total Flight Time
  • 500 Hours Cross Country
  • 100 Hours Night
  • 75 Hours actual/simulated; 50 must be actual
  • 200 Turbine
  • Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land – Instrument Rating
  • First-Class FAA Medical Certificate
  • Reside or willing to reside within (2) hours of Hector International airport (KFAR)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE-300 Aircraft Type Rating 
  • King Air flight experience
  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
  • 2,000 Total Time
  • 500 multi-engine
  • 250 Turbine

  • This is an exempt position: This position may require working evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays to accommodate the needs of aircraft owners and clients.

Restrictions / Limitation:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship, must be authorized to work in the US.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and / or crawl
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Salary Description:

  • $90,000 – $135,000 annually - based on experience 
  • Relocation assistance available
