Overview

We are IMMEDIATELY HIRING an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) for a FULL-TIME opportunity in Grand Forks, ND. This position offers a starting salary between $78,287 and $113,480 annually, including a 20% Geo Modifier. Additional benefits include:

The AMT will be responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Guardian Flight, and will support our Pilatus PC-12 airframe. This is a key role in ensuring our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screenings, and repairs.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Lead Technician.
  • Manage inventory checks to ensure an adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
  • Regularly update the equipment tracking log and place replacement requests when necessary.
  • Document part expenditures and service paperwork as required; adhere to policies and procedures while complying with company information security standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
  • Facilitate coordination between departments, vendors, and team members using appropriate communication methods.
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel, fellow AMTs, and the operations team.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Two (2) years turboprop and/or turbine powered fixed-wing experience.
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • Valid state-issued Driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Experience with EMS Systems, aircraft maintenance systems, and maintenance support and planning.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
  • Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
  • Ability to push and/or pull over 100 lbs.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Pilatus PC-12 maintenance.
  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate.
  • Related experience under 14 CFR Part 135.
  • Autopilot maintenance experience.
  • Avionics and electrical repair experience.
